Production Head

About the role

Production Head for a garment factory responsible for managing day-to-day production operations and ensuring all orders are completed on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day production of the factory

• Ensure all orders are completed on time

• Manage and supervise production workers and supervisors

• Ensure product quality meets requirements

• Solve production issues and delays

• Coordinate with QC, warehouse, purchasing, and management

About you

• Minimum 5 years of experience in garment production

• Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Production Manager, or Production Head

• Strong understanding of garment production processes
