Product Specialist [Medical Product]

Job Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers, conduct hospital/clinic visits, and provide product education.

• Manage sales pipeline, follow up on quotations, and monitor tender or direct procurement processes until closing.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations in coordination with principals and Product Managers.

• Monitor competitor activities and market developments.

• Achieve monthly sales targets within the assigned territory.

• Prepare and submit invoice documentation accurately and on time.

• Follow up on accounts receivable (AR) to ensure timely payments.

• Support product demonstrations, trials, and exhibitions.

• Coverage area: East Java, NTB, NTT

Product Portfolio: Radiography/X-ray, Mobile DR, Flat Panel Detector, Ultrasound (CVUS, General Ultrasound, POCUS), Medical IT (PACS, Cardiovascular PACS), Ophthalmology, General Instruments, Endoscopy & Laparoscopy, and IGT.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Medical Physics, Electromedical Engineering, Nursing, Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.

• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales.

• Strong selling skills and product knowledge.

• Good presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Familiarity with customer mapping, canvassing, and sales pipeline management.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Able to understand spoken and written English.

• Target-oriented, detail-oriented, and well-organized.

• Willingness to travel for business purposes.

• Possession of valid SIM A and SIM C driving licenses.
