Clinical Application Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct product demonstrations and provide clinical training on Ultrasound and PACS systems.

• Provide clinical application support during pre-sales, installation, and post-sales activities.

• Optimize ultrasound image quality, Doppler techniques, and PACS examination workflows based on clinical needs.

• Provide clinical application support for Cardiology and/or General Imaging & Ultrasound.

• Support customer workshops, educational sessions, and sales activities requiring clinical application expertise.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Radiography, Sonography, or a related healthcare field.

• Minimum 2 years of clinical ultrasound experience or clinical application support experience.

• Experience with PACS, echocardiography, and/or General Imaging is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of ultrasound scanning, image optimization, and Doppler techniques.

• Familiarity with PACS and/or General Imaging applications, including abdominal, vascular, musculoskeletal (MSK), and urology imaging.

• Experience with leading medical equipment brands is an advantage.

• Strong presentation, training, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Able to understand spoken and written English.

• Willingness to travel across Indonesia.
