Product Specialist

Main Responsibilities :

1. Coordinate product testing and fuel additive application activities.

2. Conduct market research and comparative advantage analysis to support product positioning.

3. Develop educational materials and deliver product knowledge training on natural additives to industrial clients, distributors, and agents.

4. Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.

5. Support new product development and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry / Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product development, technical services, R&D in the fuel additives, specialty chemicals, or related industries.

• Strong understanding of the physical and chemical characteristics of fuels, cetane and octane performance mechanisms, and fuel quality parameters.

• Knowledge of the operating principles of fuel-powered engines and engine testing processes, including engine dynamometer (engine dyno) testing.

• Excellent presentation, strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and product positioning.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Placement in Cileungsi plant, Bogor, West Java.
