Head of License and Government Relation

Responsibilities :

• Ensure the Company complies with all applicable licensing and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and government requirements.

• Maintain and oversee the Company’s required permits and licenses.

• Provide clear and practical regulatory guidance to operational, commercial, and other internal stakeholders.

• Identify potential legal and regulatory risks and recommend appropriate protective measures.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with government institutions, regulatory bodies, and relevant authorities.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree major in Law

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial level within a manufacturing company.

• Strong understanding of Indonesian regulations and licensing requirements, including import, environmental, employment, LKPM, SIINAS, and TKDN regulations.

• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian licensing requirements, including site plans, PBG, and SLF.

• Established relationships with Indonesian authorities, regulatory bodies, and government institutions.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal management, external legal counsel, regulatory bodies, and government institutions.

• Proficiency in regulatory compliance related to the Indonesian Company Law (Undang-Undang Perseroan Terbatas or UU PT) and business licensing, particularly through the OSS system.

• Ability to balance regulatory compliance requirements with operational and business objectives.

• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, practical recommendations for operational teams, commercial teams, and other stakeholders.

• Ability to identify legal and regulatory risks and recommend practical mitigation measures related to the Company’s licensing and compliance obligations.
