Product Planning & Homologation Support

Job Purpose

To support product planning and homologation activities through market and competitor analysis, vehicle regulation monitoring, certification documentation, and cross-functional coordination. This role transforms market, customer, technical, and regulatory information into accurate insights and documentation to support product development, regulatory compliance, and internal company readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, sales data, and competitor products to support product planning activities.

• Support vehicle homologation, certification documentation, and regulatory compliance activities.

• Monitor updates on vehicle regulations and communicate relevant information to internal stakeholders.

• Prepare product information, analytical reports, presentations, and supporting materials for internal product events and training.

• Coordinate with related internal functions, principals, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of product planning and homologation activities.

• Maintain project trackers, documentation, and follow-up actions related to product planning and certification processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Internship or project experience in product planning, market research, data analysis, automotive engineering, or regulatory affairs will be an advantage

• Strong analytical, logical, and critical-thinking skills.

• Curious and interested in automotive products, market trends, vehicle technology, and regulations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and PivotTables, and able to prepare clear presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Well-organized and able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

• Proactive, motivated, and willing to learn new technical and regulatory knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in market data analysis, competitor benchmarking, or product-related projects.

• Basic understanding of vehicle systems, automotive regulations, certification, or homologation processes.
