Product Manager

• Full WFO East Jakarta, Pulomas
• Conduct business requirement gathering and analysis with stakeholders
• Analyze and improve business processes through As-Is and To-Be process design.
• Propose innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop implementation strategies, SOPs, and success criteria for projects.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance, trials, and implementation outcomes.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate project communications.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure successful project execution.
• Prepare project reports and provide recommendations for business improvement.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• More than 3 years of experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role
• Experience in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall development
• Strong in product planning, backlog management, user stories, and feature prioritization
• Able to gather business requirements and translate them into product specifications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Basic SQL/data querying skills
• Good English communication (written & spoken)
• Experience in Car industry is a plus
