Job Description

• Analyzing & selecting potential products, identifying market opportunities, and comparing technical specifications.
• Evaluating potential products based on requests, margins, and positioning.
• Collecting technical information for product finalization forms, product confirmation, and ensuring document completion.
• Identifying important specifications for validation & certification.
• Calculating product capital prices, including logistics and customs costs.
• Checking vendor pricing data to set margin schemes and align pricing with positioning targets and financial standards.
• Supervising testing and product validation.
• Executing administration, internal approval, and system submission processes.
• Controlling certification and product legality processes.
• Adjusting and revising visual documents & branding.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar role such as Category Manager, Buyer, Planner, Product Manager, Purchasing, or Data Analyst.
• Fresh graduates with strong Mandarin communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Strong Mandarin communication skills for daily conversations are non-negotiable.
• Good English communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Table) is a plus.
• Willing to travel and be based in Jakarta (Full WFO).
