Product Development Intern

Tanggung jawab

• Participate in a training program to learn product development principles and processes.
• Assist the Product Development team in conducting market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitor products.
• Support the development of new product concepts, including research, brainstorming, and idea generation.
• Assist in product sample preparation, evaluation, testing, and documentation.
• Support coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development processes.
• Assist in preparing product development documents, reports, and presentations.
• Monitor beauty and food industry trends, product innovations, and consumer preferences to support new product initiatives.

Persyaratan

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food Technology, or other relevant majors.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous internship experience in Product Development is a plus.
• Strong interest in the beauty, cosmetics, or food industry.
• Familiar with market research and product trends, particularly in Indonesia and international markets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, eager to learn, and willing to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
