Product Development (Footwear & Material Sourcing)

Job Responsibilities

1. Research footwear trends, materials, and product innovations.

2. Develop new footwear products from concept to sample.

3. Coordinate with Design, Production, and QC teams during the development process.

4. Evaluate samples and recommend improvements.

5. Prepare product specifications and development documents.

6. Ensure products meet quality standards and development timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Footwear R&D or Product Development.

• Strong understanding of footwear materials and manufacturing processes.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills with suppliers and business partners.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work well in a team.
