Business Development Engineer (ISP Industry)

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing Management, or related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) industry.

• Good understanding of customer business processes and project business cases with a business-oriented mindset.

• Experienced in RFP, tender/proposal preparation, and presentation.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented, target-driven, proactive, and hardworking.

• Strong teamwork and professional presentation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

• Strong English proficiency, both spoken and written.

• Good medical record

Job Descriptions :

• Understand and determine the client's technical requirements and provide them with solutions tailored to their specific needs.

• Suggest appropriate and effective solutions based on the clients' identified technical needs.

• Plan sales strategies in response to market and competitors’ behavior.

• Build lasting relationships with customers.

• Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients.

• Helping the sales team to reach targets.

• Prepare sales proposals and train other sales representatives from time to time

• Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process.

• Pre- and Post-Sales support for products including design, technical advice, and point of contact.

• Build custom demonstrations and deliver Proof of Concepts (POC) to customers.
