Procurement Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Procurement Supervisor to lead our high-volume procurement operations in a manufacturing environment.

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s Degree in all major

• Minimum 3 years of procurement/purchasing experience, preferably in manufacturing.

• Experience handling non-raw material procurement, particularly spare parts, MRO supplies, and services.

• Familiar with import procurement & procedure will be a plus

• Team work and deadline oriented with leadership ability

• Good English communication skills; Mandarin is an advantage

• Results-oriented, highly organized, and able to work with targets and KPIs

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end procurement of non-raw materials, spare parts, MRO supplies, equipment, and services to support smooth manufacturing operations.

• Manage sourcing, supplier selection, price negotiation, purchase orders, delivery monitoring, and invoice reconciliation.

• Drive cost optimization through strategic sourcing, price benchmarking, and supplier development.

• Monitor supplier performance in terms of cost, quality, delivery, and service.

• Supervise and develop the procurement team, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and timely fulfillment of purchasing needs.

• Collaborate with internal departments to prioritize requirements and resolve supply issues.

• Monitor procurement KPIs, outstanding purchase orders, and purchasing reports while ensuring compliance with company policies.
