Management Trainee – HRD

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology / Law / Human Resource Management

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with relevant internship or work experience in HR, GA, Legal, or Industrial Relations are an advantage.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.

• High integrity, discipline, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

• Willing to be assigned to a manufacturing plant and undertake cross-functional assignments as required.
