Procurement Specialist

About the role

Toko Bakmi Kita (TBK) is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful Procurement Specialist to manage non-inventory purchasing and ensure efficient procurement operations across our restaurant business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement of non-inventory items, including equipment, operational supplies, furniture, and maintenance materials.

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to achieve competitive pricing and quality.

• Manage purchase requests, purchase orders, and delivery timelines.

• Monitor procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.

• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Maintenance teams to ensure timely procurement.

• Maintain accurate purchasing records and vendor performance evaluations.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in any field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail.

• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost-control skills.

• Good understanding of purchasing procedures and procurement documentation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and purchasing systems.

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on working attitude.

• Willing to be based in Serang, Banten, and travel between Toko Bakmi Kita outlets as needed.
