Procurement Manager - Electronics - Karawang (C-134770)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Karawang.

• Our client is a Japanese Electronics Home Appliances company. Currently, they are looking for Procurement Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees the procurement team and manages the acquisition of goods and services

• Manages the entire procurement process, from sourcing suppliers/vendors to negotiating and managing contracts, and delivering to users/production teams

• Oversees daily procurement operations, including raw materials (metal, copper, aluminium, etc)

• Develops and implements strategies for specific procurement categories

• Creates strategies to enhance supplier/vendor performance and reduce costs

• Implements initiatives to diversify the supplier/vendor base

• Manages vendor relationships to ensure performance expectations are met

• Ensures suppliers/vendors meet quality standards and organizational requirements

• Ensures contracts comply with legal requirements and organizational policies

• Develops and delivers training programs to enhance procurement staff skills and knowledge

• Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor's Degree

• Min. High Conversational English proficiency

• Min. 5 years as Procurement Manager with at least 10 years of experience as Procurement in an electronic home appliances company, high understanding of electronic parts

• Good attention to detail, Good communications, Able to negotiate
