Procurement Intern

• Support procurement activities for New & Existing Expense Consumables and Packaging for ATI & AIS.
• Assist procurement operations for AIS Central Kitchen and Quality Control (QC) requirements.
• Manage and monitor procurement needs for PSSE consumables, including office supplies (ATK) and chemicals.
• Support sourcing and purchasing of employee attributes (uniforms, accessories, etc.).
• Assist with procurement processes for Consumables and Packaging PH related to all Central Kitchen (CK) operations.
• Support vendor coordination, purchase order tracking, documentation, and basic reporting.
• Ensure procurement processes align with internal policies and timelines.

Kualifikasi

• Final-year student or fresh graduate with a background in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
• Good administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and handle high-volume requests.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Preferred Qualifications Prior internship or project experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations.
• Familiarity with F&B, manufacturing, or central kitchen operations is a plus.
• Experience handling consumables and packaging categories. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently with guidance.
