Preschool Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team at PT PAM Pelita Artha Sejahtera (Bina Bangsa School Bandung). As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our young students, helping them develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive.

What you'll be doing

• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that align with the curriculum and foster the intellectual, social, emotional and physical development of preschool-aged children

• Establishing a positive, inclusive classroom culture that encourages curiosity, creativity and hands-on learning

• Observing and assessing students' progress, providing regular feedback to parents, and collaborating with the wider teaching team

• Ensuring a safe, clean and well-organised classroom environment

• Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your teaching practice

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field, or a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)

• At least 3 years experience teaching in a preschool

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues

• Thorough understanding of early childhood development and effective teaching methodologies

• Creativity, patience and a genuine passion for helping young children learn and grow

• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.

• Must be willing and able to work in Bandung.
