English Teacher

Job Description

• Deliver English lessons based on MEC’s curriculum and teaching standards.

• Create fun, interactive, and engaging classroom activities to encourage students’ participation.

• Help students develop their English skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

• Prepare lesson materials and classroom activities according to students’ levels and learning objectives.

• Monitor students’ learning progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment.

• Adapt teaching methods to meet students’ different learning needs and abilities.

• Communicate students’ progress and learning needs to the academic team when necessary.

• Collaborate with fellow teachers and the academic team to maintain teaching quality.

• Participate in teacher meetings, training sessions, and academic evaluations as required.

Qualifications

• Female, aged 21–28 years old.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience.

• Good English communication skills.

• Responsible, mature, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Well-groomed and professional.

• Willing to take on responsibilities beyond teaching when required.

• Willing to work on-site at MEC, Kembar Timur II, Bandung, West Java.
