PPIC Supervisor

About the role

This role involves planning and controlling production schedules based on company needs and production targets, managing raw material and packaging inventory, coordinating with logistics teams, and monitoring production realization and inventory levels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and control production plans based on company requirements and production targets

• Manage Raw Material & Packaging Material (RMPM) inventory and create purchasing plans and delivery schedules

• Coordinate RMPM orders for production and liaise with the Logistics team to ensure material availability

• Input, verify, and update production data in the ACCURATE system

• Monitor production realization and inventory levels, ensure data accuracy, and prepare regular reports

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in the food industry, preferably in PPIC

• Strong analytical and numerical skills

• Understanding of workflow processes, production planning, and inventory control

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
