Maintenance Engineering Assistant Manager

About the role

Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities of machinery and production equipment to ensure optimal operational performance. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize machine downtime, ensure reliability of mechanical and electrical systems, and manage technical issues on machinery and production facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities of machinery and production equipment to ensure optimal operational performance

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize machine downtime

• Ensure reliability of mechanical and electrical systems and handle technical problems on machinery and production facilities

• Supervise maintenance team performance

• Conduct machine damage analysis, optimize operational efficiency, and manage spare parts requirements

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 4 years of experience as Maintenance Engineering Supervisor, preferably in chocolate/cocoa or food industry

• Familiar with OPEX/CAPEX

• Good understanding of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and maintenance of machinery and production equipment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in handling machine disruptions and damage

• Leadership capability, team coordination, and good communication skills

• Able to work effectively to ensure smooth operations and reliability of production machinery
