Planogram Senior Officer

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years experience in planogram/space management/merchandising; experience in retail is strongly advantageous.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and category performance.

• Proficient in planogram software (e.g., SmartDraw, Nielsen Spaceman, or similar).

• Good understanding of customer flow, display principles, and product visibility strategies.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to lead implementation and ensure store compliance with planogram standards.
  

Job Description

• Design and optimize merchandise layouts to support customer flow, enhance shopping experience, and drive sales. Category Groceries and Health & Beauty.

• Assess category performance and space allocation to ensure effective space management strategies.

• Analyze item productivity to identify growth opportunities and refine display priorities.

• Develop and maximize display space to strengthen product visibility and category impact.

• Monitor and coordinate space development projects to ensure smooth execution across stores.

• Collaborate with Merchandising and Store Operations teams to ensure planogram implementation aligns with business objectives.
