Pharmaceutical Equipment Sales Manager – Indonesia

Location: Indonesia (Homebase / Remote)

Key Responsibilities

1. Market & Customer Development
   Develop and maintain customer relationships in the Indonesian pharmaceutical market. Formulate sales plans and strategies, and take responsibility for team sales targets.

2. Customer Visits, Factory Audits & Exhibitions
   Coordinate customer reception, factory inspections, and participation in industry exhibitions.

3. Team Building & Management
   Build and manage the local sales team in Indonesia, providing leadership and support.

4. Market Research & Intelligence
   Conduct market research, collect and analyse partner information, customer data, and competitor activities. Keep up to date with local market policies.

5. Training & Reporting
   Attend regular company training sessions and report on sales progress and market insights.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.

• Language: Fluent English (must be able to use as a business language) + local language (Indonesian).

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical equipment industry, with a strong network of local pharmaceutical factory resources. Candidates from related equipment suppliers (liquid, powder injection, water treatment, cleanroom, etc.) serving pharmaceutical clients will also be considered.

• Industry: Pharmaceutical, medical, or related equipment sales.
