Permit, License and Stakeholder Management (Assistant Manager)

Job Overview:

Ensures all regulatory approvals are obtained on time, manages relationships with government authorities, and oversees community engagement and CSR activities to protect the project’s reputation and continuity.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage all government permits and approvals

• Coordinate inspections and regulatory compliance

• Track permit timelines and ensure no delays

• Engage with local community leaders and residents

• Manage community concerns (noise, traffic, safety)

• Support all audits of compliance both from customer and government

• Support the implementation of company regulations, safety, quality, and environmental programs

• Provide information, training, and support related to OHS, quality, energy, and environmental activities.

Requirements :

• Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priorit

• Candidates must have at least Bachelor degree of Any Major

• At least 4-5 years of experience in Technical Legal, Permit, CSR and Audits

• Required languages: English

• Knowledge’s : Government permitting processes, Environmental, Safety and Building regulations, Community relations and CSR programs.

• Skill's : Mitigation plan, Negotiation and Relationship Skill, Strong Communication and Network Building Skill, Analytical and Problem-Solving

• Attitude : Integrity and behavior of Drives Collaboration, Customer Focus and Delivers Quality.

• Understanding vision mission company and safety policy

• Understanding standards in work areas related regulation of OHS, energy, quality, and environment
