Assistant Manager - Construction Management (MEP)

Job Overview:

Plan, monitor, and evaluate engineering/project management in company (including project to i.e. development, repairmen, installation, made-to-order/ tooling), to ensure a well run project in accordance to HSE principle with efficient budget.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Review and provide design drawings, quantity, unit price, and cost estimates for project requirements.

• Monitor project progress, construction activities, and weekly progress reporting.

• Review and audit project acceptance, settlement quantities, and related documentation.

• Ensure 100% compliance with company procedures, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.

• Review and verify project completion quantities and acceptance/settlement documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Coordinate with Project Managers and relevant departments to address project issues and resolve urgent matters.

• Conduct market price updates to support accurate project cost estimation.

• Support project planning, design development, and acceptance processes to ensure timely and effective project execution.

• Support the implementation of company regulations, safety, quality, and environmental programs

• Provide information, training, and support related to OHS, quality, energy, and environmental activities.

Requirements :

• Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priorit

• Candidates must have at least Diploma/ Bachelor degree of Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering

• At least 5 years experience

• Required languages: English

• Knowledge’s : Knowledge of Cost Estimation, Quantity Calculation and Work Progress Measurement, Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and Construction Drawings and Understanding of MEP/ Civil Construction and Construction Quality Standards.

• Skill’s : AutoCAD 2D and Technical Drawing, Data Calculation & Analysis, Communication & Coordination, Hazard Identification.

• Attitude: Work Smart, Craft with Precision, Prioritize Quality and Overcome Challenges Together, Work Hand in Hand

• Understanding vision mission company and safety policy

• Understanding standards in work areas related regulation of OHS, energy, quality, and environment
