People Development Intern

Tanggung jawab

• Assist the People Development team in conducting benchmarking on industry best practices to identify and evaluate employees' needs in terms of engagement and culture.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure high-quality work in engagement and culture-building programmes.
• Understand company values and promote them through interactive activities.
• Manage the end-to-end process of internal projects, including timeline management, plan development, implementation, and execution.
• Improve the onboarding experience for new joiners.
• Propose and run innovative culture-related activities to enhance employee experience and engagement.
• Create regular content about SIRCLO employees to be shared through various channels.
• Perform additional responsibilities within the People Development team as assigned.

Persyaratan

• Final-year students or recent graduates are preferred.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in English.
• Creative, with strong analytical thinking, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to turn insights or information into compelling content.
• Eager to learn about company culture, engagement, people development, and employer branding.
• Self-driven and proactive.
• Have a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude.
• Available to start working immediately.
• Willing to work from the office (Hybrid) at BSD, Tangerang.
• Able to commit to 3 months or more.
