About the role

This role involves overseeing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance and management across construction sites throughout Indonesia. You will be responsible for implementing safety protocols, conducting inspections, investigating incidents, and ensuring adherence to safety management systems and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Understand, create, and properly archive HSE documents and reports

• Provide training to workers (induction, etc.)

• Assist in the preparation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA)

• Coordinate and attend internal and external meetings

• Oversee safety, health, and pollution prevention aspects

• Review Safety Management Systems to ensure compliance with applicable regulations

• Follow up on, evaluate, and provide improvement recommendations for non-conformance findings (unsafe actions and unsafe conditions)

• Conduct investigations, analysis, and prepare reports related to accidents or incidents

• Perform SHE inspections of company assets at site

• Create work progress reports

About you

• Bachelor's degree (S1) preferred

• TKBT 2 certification preferred

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Construction Safety (K3) Officer/Implementer

• SKA Construction Safety Expert certificate or SKK Occupational Safety and Health Officer (K3) certificate
