Partnership Officer

Main responsibility

1. Map relevant stakeholders to identify potential roles and collaboration opportunities.

2. Identify partnership opportunities that align with the vision, mission, and the Teacher Learning Foundation program.

3. Prepare program proposals and partnership materials that suit partner needs.

4. Presenting programs and collaboration opportunities to potential partners effectively.

5. Initiate and manage collaboration with stakeholders according to mutual agreement.

6. Build and maintain long-term working relationships with strategic partners.

7. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure that the implementation of cooperation runs in line with the program.

8. Document and report partnership developments as material for organizational evaluation and learning.

Qualification

1. Minimum S1 graduate from various scientific fields
2. Have experience in building minimal collaboration 2 year
3. Has an interest in social and educational issues
4. Have the ability to think creatively and innovatively
5. Have good communication skills, both verbally and written.
6. Have the ability to work together in a team and be oriented towards organizational goals.
7. Have the ability to build and collaborate with various parties from various backgrounds.
8. Committed to implementing and maintaining the values ​​of the organization.
