LMS Support Staff

Main responsibility

1. Read participants’ uploaded discussions and reflections on modules in the LMS thoroughly according to assignments.
2. Provide empathetic written feedback, reflective, relevant, and non-judgmental according to mentoring guidelines.
3. Ensure that every participant who uploads a reflection gets a response that is meaningful and not generic.
4. Conduct basic monitoring of participant participation and progress in the LMS.
5. Identify and report patterns of learning obstacles or common participant issues to the program PIC.
6. Follow technical directions, work schedule, and a short briefing set by the program PIC.

Qualification

1. Have empathy and sensitivity towards the adult learning process
2. Able to carry out clear and supportive written communication
3. Have consistency and responsibility
4. Time management skills (especially feedback deadlines)
5. Have a basic understanding of teacher learning reflection
6. Ability to write reflective and meaningful feedback
7. Familiar in using LMS and digital learning platforms
8. Willing to follow Teacher Learning Program guidelines and feedback standards
9. Preferred: Teacher Learning Program alumni or teacher training facilitators
