Job Description:

• Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes manage, training, increasing adoption, and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
• Be the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve them, build roadmaps, and track progress towards solving customer problems
• Stay up-to-date on product development and the latest releases.
• Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
• Keeping up on trends, changes, and competitor actions that might affect the client.

Persyaratan

Job Requirements:

• Min 1 to 2+ years experience as an Customer Success, Account Manager, Customer Success, or other customer facing related positions.
• Previous Experience in E-Commerce, Logistic/Shipment or Warehouse is an advantage for this position.
• Significant knowledge and expertise in a customer-facing role  
• Good proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Proactive on how to solve problems or improve processes within the company.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and communicate data & issues to senior management
• Fluent in English verbal communication is an advantage for this position
• Confidence working with ambiguity, unknown variables, and problem statements (and find ways to bridge those gaps, when necessary.)
• Must be willing to work in WFO arrangement, placement in Jakarta Selatan.
