[PART-TIME] Business English Teacher

About the role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Business English Teacher to join our team on a part-time, on-site basis in the I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport area, Bali. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and practical Business English training to adult and corporate learners, with a focus on developing communication skills that can be applied directly in professional and workplace settings. You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, adapting learning materials to meet clients' needs, monitoring learner progress, and providing constructive feedback throughout the program.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, effective, and practical Business English lessons to adult and corporate learners.

• Develop and deliver lessons covering key workplace communication skills, including business presentations, meetings and discussions, negotiations, business writing and email communication, and professional communication.

• Conduct learner needs analyses and adapt lesson content according to the learners' roles, industry, and business requirements.

• Use authentic business materials, workplace scenarios, and real-world case studies to support practical learning.

• Monitor and assess learner progress throughout the program.

• Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to help learners improve their English proficiency.

• Prepare learner progress reports and other academic documentation as required.

• Maintain high academic and teaching standards.

• Work closely with the Academic and Operations teams to ensure smooth program delivery and overall training quality.

• Demonstrate strong coordination, communication, and collaboration with internal teams and clients.

About you

• Master's degree in English, Education, Business, Communication, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of English teaching experience, preferably with a strong background in Business English.

• Previous experience teaching corporate or professional learners is highly preferred.

• A recognised teaching certification such as CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent.

• Excellent command of English, equivalent to approximately C1–C2 level.

• Strong communication, presentation, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to design and adapt lessons based on learner and client needs.

• Professional, reliable, and collaborative working attitude.

• Available to teach on-site in the Bali Airport area.

• Able to commute independently to the teaching location.
