Operator Paper Bag

About the role

Operate paper bag production machines in accordance with company operational standards. Ensure raw materials (paper, glue, ink, etc.) are available and used efficiently. Perform quality checks on production results (size, folds, printing, and paper bag strength). Maintain cleanliness and neatness of work area and production machines. Report machine damage or production issues to supervisor. Follow work safety procedures and occupational health and safety standards. Assist with periodic machine maintenance.

Key responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum D3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 2 years work experience in production/machine operation, preferably in paper bag production and offset printing machines

• Knowledge of printing machines

• Able to work with attention to detail, quickly, and meet production targets

• Basic understanding of production machines and simple maintenance

• Disciplined, responsible, and able to work in a team

• Placement in Tjiwi Kimia Mills, Mojokerto
