Operational Technology Staff

About the role

We are looking for an Operational Technology Staff to provide daily support for Operational Technology (OT) systems running at the site, including handling incident reports and service requests from customers as well as internal IT projects, to ensure all systems operate optimally, minimize the risk of disruptions to manufacturing processes, and support the achievement of optimization targets in accordance with established work plans, standards, and applicable regulations.

What Will You Do?

• Execute digitalization projects in accordance with the annual work plan.

• Perform troubleshooting and ensure data accuracy and system availability

• Maintain Operational Technology (OT) assets, including sensors, controllers, real-time databases, and workstations.

• Execute continuous improvement projects by analyzing system performance, monitoring project progress, and reporting implementation outcomes to ensure operational targets are achieved.

What You Will Need

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechatronics, Electronics & Instrumentation, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Basic understanding of sensor systems, data acquisition, and databases.

• Able to operate Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI), with basic knowledge of software and database development.

• Detail-oriented, good communication skills, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Willing to work placed in Cikarang under 3rd party.
