We are looking for a strong, hands-on Operations Manager to lead and scale our multi-store retail operations. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who loves retail, thrives on data, and enjoys building systems that make stores run smarter, faster, and more profitable.

Your Mission

As Operations Manager, you will be the engine behind ZUMA’s retail excellence** — ensuring every store runs smoothly, efficiently, and consistently delivers outstanding customer experience while supporting aggressive business growth.

What You Will Own

Retail Operations Leadership

• Ensure all stores operate efficiently, profitably, and in line with company SOPs.

• Monitor key retail KPIs: Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT, Traffic, Shrinkage, Productivity, and Stock Availability.

• Oversee manpower planning, staff scheduling, store facilities, inventory flow, and operational budgets.

• Ensure smooth execution of store opening/closing, cash handling, stock opname, and store administration.

• Lead operational readiness for new store openings, relocations, and renovations.

Strategy & Continuous Improvement

• Develop and execute operational strategies and improvement initiatives.

• Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost control, and workflow optimization.

• Turn operational challenges into scalable and structured solutions

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Analyze store reports, POS, ERP, dashboards, and inventory systems.

• Produce performance reports and actionable insights for management.

• Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities from operational data.

• Improve reporting tools and dashboards to support strategic decisions.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and develop Area Supervisors, Store Leaders, and Frontliners.

• Build a culture of accountability, discipline, and service excellence.

• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and capability development.

• Ensure consistent implementation of training and operational standards.

Compliance & Cross-Department Collaboration

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.

• Mitigate operational risks related to inventory, cash, manpower, and assets.

• Collaborate with Warehouse, Inventory, HR, Finance, Marketing, VM, and Sales teams.

• Maintain strong relationships with mall management, vendors, and partners.

• Act as the escalation point for store-level operational issues.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations, Retail Management, Data Analytics, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations or multi-store management.

• Proven experience leading Area Supervisors, Store Leaders, and frontline teams.

• Strong background in store operations, manpower planning, inventory control, and SOP implementation.

Technical Skills

• Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills.

• Experience in KPI monitoring, reporting, and performance analysis.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, automation).

• Familiar with POS, ERP, or inventory systems (SAP, Oracle, Accurate, etc.).

• Experience with Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio is a strong plus.
