Offline Marketing – Event & Brand Activation

PT Altara Indonesia Sukses (ALTARA Premium Sintered Stone) is looking for an energetic and highly organized Offline Marketing professional to execute events, exhibitions, brand activations, and industry engagement programs.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute exhibitions, product launches, showroom/gallery events, workshops, gatherings, and other offline marketing activities.

• Coordinate event preparation from concept, proposal, budgeting, timeline, vendor coordination, execution, to post-event evaluation.

• Build relationships and activities with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and industry communities.

• Coordinate event materials, merchandise, invitations, booth requirements, branding materials, and logistics.

• Work closely with Sales to generate and follow up potential leads from events.

• Monitor event budgets and prepare event reports, documentation, and ROI evaluation.

• Handle multiple vendors and ensure execution meets ALTARA's premium brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Event, Offline Marketing, Brand Activation, Exhibition, or Marketing Communication.

• Strong experience handling events from planning through execution.

• Experience in building materials, architecture/interior, property, furniture, lifestyle, or premium brands is preferred.

• Strong vendor negotiation and project management skills.

• Organized, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to work outside normal working hours when events require.

• Willing to travel and handle events, exhibitions, and brand activities outside Jakarta when required.

• Willing to work on-site in Kapuk, Jakarta Utara.

• Able to join immediately is highly preferred.
