About the role

We are looking for an experienced Offline Activation professional to join our dynamic team at PT. LIPPO KARAWACI TBK' in Ciujung Banten. This role is a crucial part of our marketing and communications strategy, responsible for driving online and offline engagement with our customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and deliver offline activation events and initiatives

2. Analysing campaign performance and optimising strategies to improve results

3. Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

4. Providing regular reports and insights to the marketing leadership team

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing and offline activation roles

2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content creation

3. Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns

4. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions

5. Creativity and innovation to develop unique and engaging marketing ideas

6. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
