Deskripsi pekerjaan
As a National 3PL Partnership Manager, you will lead the national third-party logistics (3PL) agenda, ensuring reliable, cost-effective, compliant, and customer-focused logistics operations across the network. You will be responsible for driving 3PL partner performance, service excellence, contract governance, cost optimization, and operational compliance while fostering strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners.
This role is instrumental in transforming and elevating 3PL capabilities through the development and execution of strategic partner programs, delivering sustainable performance improvements and ensuring alignment with operational excellence standards and best practices. By championing continuous improvement initiatives, you will strengthen logistics capabilities, enhance service quality, and support the achievement of business objectives nationwide.
Key Accountabilities
Lead national 3PL governance, sourcing, and contract management, ensuring compliance, standardized operations, service excellence, and consistent logistics performance across the network.
Drive 3PL performance management through KPI governance, continuous improvement initiatives, and corrective actions to enhance service quality, compliance, productivity, and operational excellence.
Partner with stakeholders and 3PL providers to optimize logistics costs, validate financial performance, and drive sustainable productivity and efficiency improvements.
Ensure 3PL compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards through governance, risk management, audits, and effective resolution of compliance issues.
Lead 3PL network planning and partner development to ensure scalable capacity, operational readiness, service coverage, and business continuity across the logistics network.
Drive continuous improvement and strategic 3PL partnerships to enhance logistics capabilities, strengthen stakeholder alignment, and deliver operational excellence across the network.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree from any discipline with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university. A Master’s Degree will be considered an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, with a strong focus on logistics operations, 3PL management, transportation, warehousing, or procurement, preferably within FMCG or other high-volume distribution environments.
Proven track record in managing 3PL partners, including contract management, sourcing and tender processes, contract renewals, SLA/KPI governance, performance reviews, and corrective action management.
Hands-on experience in logistics network planning, capacity management, operational readiness, peak-season planning, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including Logistics Operations, Procurement, Finance, Property, Resource Planning, Route-to-Market (RTM), and external logistics providers.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of logistics operations, 3PL governance, contract management, service-level management, operational standards, compliance requirements, and risk management.
Experienced in driving 3PL performance through KPI scorecards, performance reviews, root-cause analysis, corrective action plans, and service improvement initiatives.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience in budget management, cost analysis, billing validation, rate reviews, productivity tracking, and business case development.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and analytics tools is advantageous.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, influencing, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional certifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, or Safety and Compliance are desirable.
High integrity, strong business ethics, and the ability to manage sensitive commercial, contractual, financial, and partner-related information with confidentiality.
