Motion Designer

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative Motion Graphic Designer to produce engaging motion graphics and multimedia content for event, exhibition, stage, and brand activation projects. You will develop motion concepts and animated visuals for client pitches, LED screens, event openings, bumpers, promotional videos, and other multimedia deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Create motion graphics, animated key visuals, event openers, bumpers, transitions, and promotional videos.

• Develop LED screen content and animated visuals for event stages, exhibitions, and brand activations.

• Translate creative concepts and storyboards into engaging motion design.

• Collaborate with graphic designers and 3D designers to maintain consistency across visual assets.

• Prepare motion tests, visual treatments, and animation previews for client pitches.

• Handle compositing, typography animation, transitions, visual effects, and video editing when required.

• Manage revisions and deliver final outputs according to project specifications, including resolution, aspect ratio, frame rate, and duration.

• Utilize AI-powered tools to support ideation, visual development, asset generation, and production efficiency.

• Keep up with emerging motion design techniques, AI workflows, and multimedia trends.

About you

• Highly proficient in Adobe After Effects.

• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, composition, typography, transitions, and visual storytelling.

• Able to create polished motion graphics for large-format LED screens and event presentations.

• Familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop or Illustrator.

• Able to work from creative briefs, storyboards, references, and established visual directions.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.

• Comfortable collaborating with a multidisciplinary creative team.

• Familiar with AI tools for visual creation, animation, and creative workflow optimization.

• Must provide a portfolio or showreel demonstrating motion design capabilities.
