3D Generalist Event

About the role

We are looking for a skilled 3D Designer to develop compelling spatial designs and realistic visualizations for event, exhibition, booth, and stage projects. You will transform creative concepts and client briefs into 3D environments that communicate the design vision clearly and effectively during client pitching.

Key responsibilities

• Develop 3D concepts and visualizations for exhibition booths, event stages, brand activation areas, product displays, and experiential spaces.

• Translate 2D layouts, creative briefs, and mood boards into detailed 3D designs.

• Produce realistic renderings, camera views, material studies, lighting setups, and presentation visuals.

• Collaborate with graphic designers to integrate branding, signage, graphics, and visual elements into 3D environments.

• Coordinate with event planners to understand venue conditions, dimensions, spatial requirements, and practical considerations.

• Develop design revisions based on creative direction and client feedback.

• Prepare visual references and supporting materials for client presentations.

• Use AI tools to accelerate concept development, reference exploration, and visualization workflows.

• Ensure designs are visually compelling and reasonably practical for event production.

About you

• Proficient in SketchUp for 3D modeling and spatial design.

• Strong understanding of spatial composition, scale, proportion, materials, lighting, and camera positioning.

• Able to produce high-quality 3D renderings for client presentations.

• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for post-production and presentation preparation.

• Able to interpret creative briefs, floor plans, dimensions, and design references.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Adaptable and comfortable collaborating across creative disciplines.

• Familiar with AI-assisted tools for visualization and creative development.

• Able to provide a portfolio featuring 3D event, booth, stage, interior, or architectural visualization work.

• Preferred: Proficiency in 3ds Max or Blender.
