Mill Operator

Responsibilities

1. Support the Miller in daily operations

2. Adjust settings and monitor machine performance

3. Troubleshoot minor operational issues.

4. Ensure adherence to production targets

5. Ensure proper waste control and management within the assigned area.

6. Report any incidents and/or near-miss events to the supervisor promptly.

7. Report potential hazards or environmental pollution risks to the supervisor.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK), preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical fields.

2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Mill Operator, Production Operator, or in a flour milling/manufacturing environment.

3. Basic understanding of flour milling processes, grain handling, and production equipment operation.

4. Able to operate, monitor, and adjust milling equipment to maintain product quality and production efficiency.

5. Familiar with process parameters, machine settings, and troubleshooting of minor operational issues.

6. Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Food Safety, HACCP, and workplace safety standards.

7. Understanding of quality control requirements and production target achievement.

8. Able to identify equipment abnormalities and report issues promptly to the supervisor.

9. Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.

10. Physically fit and capable of working in a manufacturing environment.

11. Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

12. Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety, housekeeping, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement.
