Mill Manager Palm Oil (Kalimantan Barat)

About the role

Lead, manage, and oversee all operational activities of the Palm Oil Mill (PKS). Ensure achievement of production targets, CPO and kernel quality, process efficiency, and control of losses and operational costs. Supervise machinery and equipment maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime. Conduct evaluation of mill operational performance and develop strategies for continuous improvement and productivity enhancement. Manage and develop operational, maintenance, and laboratory teams to ensure smooth mill operations. Ensure implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) standards, employee discipline, and compliance with company operational procedures. Prepare, evaluate, and ensure accuracy of operational, production, and maintenance reports, as well as mill budget utilization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop operational, maintenance, and laboratory teams

• Ensure implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) standards, employee discipline, and compliance with operational procedures

• Prepare, evaluate, and ensure accuracy of operational, production, maintenance reports and budget utilization

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 4 years of experience as Mill Manager in Palm Oil Mill (PKS) industry

• Mastery of entire palm oil processing, CPO and kernel quality control, and losses control and production efficiency

• Capability in analysis and troubleshooting of operational and technical mill problems

• Experience in machinery maintenance management, production equipment, and mill utilities

• Understanding of operational budget management, cost control, and mill productivity improvement

• Leadership, communication, coordination, and decision-making capabilities

• Understanding of SAP or other mill operational systems

• Willing to be placed in Kalimantan Barat
