Job Description

• Assist the IT team in daily operational and technical tasks.

• Support software development, system maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Help with system testing, documentation, and reporting.

• Assist in database and application support.

• Collaborate with team members on IT-related projects.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related major.

• Basic knowledge of programming, databases, or web technologies.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work in a team.

• Good communication skills.

• Previous internship or project experience is a plus.
