MICE Product & Operation

Job Description

• Develop creative and customized MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) products and programs based on client requirements.

• Prepare proposals, presentations, itineraries, and cost quotations for MICE projects.

• Collaborate with the Sales team and participate in client presentations to explain proposed programs and solutions.

• Coordinate with vendors, hotels, venues, transportation providers, and other suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Handle operational arrangements, including schedules, bookings, logistics, and event preparation.

• Monitor on-site event execution and ensure all activities run according to the agreed plan and client expectations.

• Evaluate project outcomes and resolve operational issues to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in MICE, event management, tour operations, or a related field.

• Good understanding of MICE program development, event planning, and operational coordination.

• Strong presentation, communication, and coordination skills.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of developing customized programs based on client needs.

• Able to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

• Willing to travel or work on-site during event execution when required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.

• Willing to be placed in Golf Island, PIK, North Jakarta.
