Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement in-store displays to enhance brand image and drive sales performance.
• Adjust display plans according to promotional activities to ensure optimal product presentation.
• Monitor display effectiveness, conduct regular spot checks and evaluations, and optimize display strategies.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure the smooth execution of display plans.
• Create visual merchandising guidelines and train store staff.
• Participate in market research and analyze competitors' display strategies.

Persyaratan

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Advertising Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or other related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in POSM (Point of Sale Material) management, visual merchandising, or marketing support.
• Having experience in the beauty industry is a strong asset.
• Experienced in coordinating with factories or vendors; knowledge of printing or material production processes is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and possessing a strong sense of aesthetics.
