QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Merchandiser, preferably in the fashion, footwear, or lifestyle retail industry.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, inventory, and product performance data.

• Good understanding of merchandising, inventory management, and demand planning.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience in sales forecasting, stock allocation, replenishment, and assortment planning.

• Able to monitor key merchandising KPIs such as Sell-through, Stock Turn, Weeks of Supply and Inventory Ageing.

• Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operational, Marketing, Warehouse, and E-commerce).

• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Passionate about fashion, footwear, and lifestyle trends.

• Proactive, responsible, and solution oriented.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Knowledge of Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning and merchandising reports.

• Experience working with international brands or premium retail.
