Key responsibilities

• Search for leads and referrals

• Set appointments with prospective members daily

• Identify and recruit new member candidates

• Engage with and set programs for new members

• Create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for members in the club

About you

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the gym industry

• Ability to work towards targets

• Strong communication skills

• Strong telephone skills

• Strong and good flyering abilities

• Physical and mental fitness

• Good self-confidence
