CLUB MANAGER (Fitness Industry)

Responsibilities :

- Foster a positive and inclusive club environment by promoting teamwork, member engagement, and a focus on health and wellness.

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Responsible for the profitability and growth of multiple clubs.

- Ensure members consistently have a fantastic experience at the club.

- Manage overall gym operations, facilities, and team performance.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 3 years of work experience in management or the fitness industry.

- Proficient in managing both Capex (Capital Expenditures) and Opex (Operational Expenditures).

- Able to create and implement KPIs for departments, teams, and individuals to achieve set targets.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate teams.

- Capable of coaching and developing team members.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Able to analyze and understand each team member’s job description and responsibilities.

- Have an Excellent People skills and able to growth team
