Member Services

About the role

As our Member Services, you're the first person members and visitors meet at Argil. You'll look after the front desk, help people find what they need, and make sure the space runs smoothly through the day. It's a people-facing role, but also an organised one: a lot of it is about noticing small things before they become problems.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome members and visitors at the front desk, and give tours of the space

• Explain our memberships, day passes and meeting rooms, and help people choose what suits them

• Register new members and help them settle in during their first days

• Be the go-to person for members' questions about the space, facilities and house rules

• Manage meeting room bookings and make sure rooms are ready on time

• Do basic first checks when someone has a Wi-Fi or equipment issue, and escalate when needed

• Keep the workspace tidy, organised and ready for a productive day, working with the cleaning team

• Keep member records and bookings up to date in our systems

• Support small member events and community activities when they happen

About you

• Good conversational English (required)

• A friendly, calm and professional manner, and you enjoy working with people

• Able to work well in a team environment

• Organised and attentive to detail

• You take initiative and don't wait to be asked

• Comfortable using a computer, booking systems and messaging apps

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, front office or reception is a plus

About us

Argil is a new coworking space in Pererenan, built for people who come to Bali to do serious work. Our members are remote professionals, founders and small teams who spend long days here, so we've designed the space around focus: quiet work areas, phone booths, meeting rooms, ergonomic chairs and reliable internet. We want Argil to feel calm, professional and welcoming from the moment someone walks in.
