Position: Maturation Operator (Contract-Based – 6 Months)
Location: Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra, Indonesia
Applicants must be willing to work and be based in Simalungun, North Sumatra.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure safe working practices and execution of activities within the PSL and maturation areas.
Monitor and maintain product parameters to meet quality specifications.
Control product movement across PSL, aisle, maturation racking, and warehouse release processes.
Perform top screening activities covering safety, quality, and quantity aspects.
Ensure the availability of racking bins to support maturation operations.
Maintain optimal temperature conditions in the maturing room and coordinate HVAC operations with the maintenance team.
Uphold cleanliness and housekeeping standards within the maturation area.
Qualifications
Diploma 3 (D3) in Engineering or Science-related disciplines.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Willing to work under a 6-month contract arrangement.
Willing to be based in Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra.
