• Drive business growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets.
• Build, maintain, and expand relationships with existing customers while actively acquiring new accounts.
• Identify market opportunities through customer engagement, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
• Negotiate freight rates, service contracts, and business agreements to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with Trade, Operations, and Customer Service teams to deliver seamless logistics solutions.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, business reviews, and management presentations.
• Represent the company in customer visits, networking events, and industry-related activities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business retention.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or container liner industry.
• Strong understanding of container shipping operations, international trade, and supply chain processes.
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and manage key customer accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good command of spoken and written English; Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage.
• Placement in Belawan (Medan).
