Mandarin Translator （包食宿）

Job Responsibilities

• Provide Mandarin–Indonesian and Indonesian–Mandarin interpretation, as well as basic written translation, to support Chinese management in daily operations, meetings, and external communications.

• Facilitate communication and coordination between Chinese management and local employees, suppliers, government agencies, and the surrounding community.

• Accompany Chinese management on business trips and provide interpretation and administrative support when needed.

• Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks, including procurement, transportation, accommodation, and medical arrangements.

• Respond promptly and flexibly to unexpected on-site situations and assist management in resolving operational issues.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school or vocational school education; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin and Indonesian.

• Able to provide accurate interpretation and written translation in daily and business contexts.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with employees, suppliers, government agencies, and the local community.

• Familiarity with Indonesian culture, local customs, and general administrative procedures.

• Flexible, proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.

• Willing to accompany management on domestic business trips and travel to other regions when required.

• A valid driver’s license and good driving skills are preferred.

• Experience in factory or on-site interpretation, administrative assistance, or manufacturing and industrial environments is an advantage.
